Jobaiko is completely free, with no sign-up and no subscription. The service is designed to run on its own: you create, improve and download your CV without any human involvement.
There is therefore no traditional customer support (chat, phone, ticketing). In the vast majority of cases the site is all you need.
When to contact us
- A major technical bug that stops the service from working (blank page, persistent error, PDF export failing).
- A request about your personal data (deletion, access, rectification, under the GDPR).
- A content report or a security issue.

What we do not handle by email
We can't respond to requests for help writing a CV, personal proofreading, job search advice or feature requests. As the service is free and automated, we focus our resources on keeping the tool working well.
