Terms of use

These terms of use set out how the services of the Jobaiko site (the Service), published by TALVORY LLC (the Publisher), are made available and may be used. Accessing and using the Service constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Publisher may update them; changes apply as soon as they are published on this page.

Jobaiko provides an artificial intelligence tool that reviews, restructures and improves the user's CV. It extracts data from an uploaded file, rewrites text using AI and produces a final laid-out document in PDF format.

The Service is free. No payment is requested and no bank details are collected. The Service is available within a usage quota set by the Publisher (3 CV improvements per user). The Publisher may limit, suspend or interrupt access to the Service, in particular for maintenance, without compensation.

The CV can be downloaded free of charge as a PDF, with no added line. The LinkedIn profile is offered free of charge: the headline without an account, the full profile with an account. These texts are suggestions that the user copies themselves: Jobaiko publishes nothing on LinkedIn and never acts on the user’s LinkedIn account.

A paid offer may be introduced later. Users will be informed in advance of its content and price, before making any commitment; these terms will then be supplemented.

The user undertakes to:

• Submit only truthful and accurate information belonging to them.
• Not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that harms the Publisher or third parties.
• Not upload content containing viruses or any other malicious code.

The user is solely responsible for the documents they upload, the data they submit and the use they make of the generated result.

The Service relies on generative artificial intelligence. The Publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, complete relevance or absence of errors in generated content. The user must check the generated CV carefully before using it. The Publisher accepts no liability for the outcome of any job application, job search or recruitment process conducted with a document produced by the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the State of New Mexico, United States, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Mandatory rights under the consumer's country of residence remain applicable.

Consumer mediation: if a dispute is not resolved with our customer service (contact@jobaiko.com), consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator is being appointed; their details will be published on this page.
